All building materials within the rooms as well as the outside of the building such as tiles, nature wood, nature stone, paint and bathroom fixtures are made from high quality materials to be enjoyed for a long time to come.

Staff
The Hotel - Dive Shop has seven staff members. The staff can be taken on and continue working after purchase.
3 x Dive instructors, Guides (Spanish, Enlisch, German spoken)
2 x Management (Spanisch, English, German spoken)
1 x Room service & Cook (Spanish)
1 x Night time security (Spanish)
The business is run in a family like atmosphere. All staff is used to help each other out working as a team even if areas of responsabilities overlap. All Mexican emplyees are working full time and are registered with Social Security.
The owners collected a large data base of customers as well as free lance dive instructors and guides over the last years. The data base is part of the package in order to guarantee instant turn key operation. The owners will stay on staff for three month to ensure a smooth transition time.
